| Job description: | This is an excellent opportunity for an individual dedicated to providing superior customer service. Originate Residential Mortgage Loans and Home Equity Loans; develop referral relationships among the professional community (including Realtors, Attorneys, CPAs, Financial Planners and Home Builders); prepare applicants for application by communicating Roma Bank requirements prior to application interview; ensure a complete application is submitted by collecting required documents and fees; facilitate individual applications, and act as a liaison between processing, underwriting, closing, and the borrower; correctly communicate lock-in of interest rates with borrower and Roma Bank; participate in coordinating closings/settlements with borrowers, realtors, and attorneys/title companies; work with assigned Roma Bank branches and their managers on mortgage referrals through the branch; cross sell Roma Bank products to borrowers and referral relationships. Requirements for this position include:
