Previously, Roma Bank used the Forgotten Passwords questions feature. If you have not logged into your Online Banking since the launch of the ENHANCED LOGIN SECURITY you will be prompted to verify and update your Security Contact Information such as your email address and phone numbers. This information will be used for the new Forgotten Password feature.
You can enroll multiple computers. We do not recommend enrolling a public computer at the library, coffee shop, etc.
