Terms and Conditions:
With autopay - Fixed rates for 5, 10, 15, or 20 year term with automatic debit from a Roma Bank checking account

Without autopay - Add 0.50% for each product

Loan Amounts: $10,000 to $500,000

Collateral: First or Second mortgage lien on primary or secondary residence (for example, vacation home)

Early Termination Fee: $300 if loan is paid off and/or the account closed within 12 months of the date of the Agreement and Note

Loan to Value Ratio: 80%, provided that the first lien is held by Roma Bank; if Roma Bank is not the holder of the first lien, the maximum loan to value ratio may be 75%

Title Insurance: Required for loans over $250,000 if Roma Bank is not in first lien position

Homeowner's Insurance: Is required

Flood Insurance: Is required for any property in a designated flood zone

Mortgage Cancellation Fee: $45.00
